I confirm that my child has enough sense of maturity and responsibility to participate in a course that will include students aged 18 and over.
I understand that my child will travel between the school and their accommodation unsupervised.
My child will not be supervised during their free time by TEG English, e.g. between the end of their lessons and returning to their accommodation and during breaktimes. (Rules regarding their time outside of lessons can be found in our Student Handbook).
My child must be back at their accommodation by 21:00.
TEG English offers an optional social programme for all students over 16. Certain activities are not suitable for students under 18 – these will be clearly marked on programmes.
If your child is studying in a group, activities may be arranged by TEG English or the group organiser. For activities arranged by TEG, a member of staff will escort them to the activity and back to the college. It is the group leader’s responsibility to ensure that students return to their accommodation before the curfew.
My child will have sufficient money to pay for lunches, transportation and day to day expenses.
All students aged 16 and 17 are advised to book a return airport transfer with TEG English unless they are traveling with a relative or adult friend. This is to avoid possible issues with immigration. Students must also carry this form while they are traveling.
If my child visits a friend/relative they must have our permission, the school’s permission, and they must inform the school and homestay provider of their travel plans and who they are going to visit.
My child must attend all classes and must inform the homestay provider and the college if they are ill.
If staying with a host provider, my child will follow the homestay provider’s rules and requirements.
My child understands the consequences of not following the rules.
I give permission for my child to be seen by a doctor or hospitalitised or operated on in an emergency and may be given medication by a doctor.

You being asked to leave the College because of gross misconduct (i.e. abusive behaviour) on your part.
